We all know that families go away on nice trips that you can't take your pets with you. With cats you can not leave them home alone for more than 2 days. If you are planning a big trip you have to send them to your Vet or a friends house. Also you can have your friend go to your house and change their litter and feed them.
Away from home for two days. What to do
for your cat.
1.) You have to get a big bowl of water and food and leave the bowls where they are
always left.
2.)Make sure that there is some music on in the house so they know that they are not alone. A t.v. is ok too.
3.)Don't leave any small toys for them. The cat might be a little mad and then chew it up, and that might lead for the cat to choke on the toy.
4.)The most important thing that you MUST not forget, clean the litter box before you leave the house. If it is not clean, the cat will be really upset with you and probably go to the bathroom all over the house. We don't need that, do we!?
When you get back from that vacation, you might want to spend some time with you cat. Remind him or her that you love her very much and that you missed them! Animals do have feelings and they know when they are not being loved.
